This year I decided to keep a list of what I watched and read, and rated everything.

NOTE: These are only for things I watched or read for the first time

BOOKS (Series)

Total Read = 37

* * * * *
Doctor Who: Apollo 23, Justin Richards - One of my favourite Doctor Who Books (and I've read alot of them)
The Hunger Games, Suzanne Collins - I'd heard so much about this book, and after seeing the trailer for the film I couldn't wait to read it. And it actually did live up to all the hype! A brilliant read. I love the concept, and it's all so brilliantly thought out.
Catching Fire, Suzanne Collins - After The Hunger Games, I didn't really know how the excitement could be kept up for another 2 books. Although this starts off slow, by the end it definatly lives up to the first book!

Back to the Future - I've wanted to see this for ages, and it was so worth the wait!
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 - This was always going to be here! I've loved all the films and this was a brilliant ending (although I wasn't so sure about the final showdown between Harry and Voldemort).
Wall-E - This was such an adorable film! The story line was really sweet, and I loved Wall-E
Wild Target - I've never heard much about this film. The only reason I watched it was because the main characters are played by Bill Nighy, Emily Blunt and Rupert Grint, and Martin Freeman is also in it. It turned out to be a brilliant film, and I loved the comedy in it.
Unknown - Great thriller! There were twists all over the place. You have no chance of guessing the reveal!

TV SHOWS (SERIES/SEASONS)

* * * * *
Being Human (UK) (S3) - Another great series. I'm intrigued to see what happens next.
Bones (S3) - I absolutly loved the Gormagon story arc. The best that I've seen in a Crime show.
CSI:NY (S1) - A brilliant first season! I love most of the characters, but Mac makes the show.
CSI:NY (S2) - The best series of the show that I've seen (I'm now half way through S4).
Doctor Who (S6) - I thought the second half of the series was stronger than the first. Favourite episodes: The Doctor's Wife, The Girl Who Waited and Closing Time.
Fresh Meat (S1) - Its nice to see such a brilliantly funny UK comedy aimed at my age. Even better than The Inbetweeners IMO
Merlin (S4) - The best series so far. I think that show found it feet in series 3, and just keeps getting better.
True Blood (S1) - My favourite of the 3 seasons, but the the first book was my favourite as well. I like how they've only loosley followed the books, and changed things so that it works better for TV.
