Slow Start
I was a bit slow getting started this week.
Last Friday I just didn't seem to have any energy or drive to start the mammoth task of trawling through all my research to sort out the next section of the book so I put it off until Monday. Except that Monday was a Bank Holiday so I was out all day enjoying the extra day off ;) Which means I actually only got back to work yesterday. I spent all morning sorting out this next section (1519) and have got it to about seven chapters. That may become more or less as I write; it depends how it's all flowing.
Today I started to write properly and got the first chapter finished. I'm happy with it and am excited about getting on with more. This year is looking like a really good one for the characters. One of the characters goes through a lot of changes this year so it's fun exploring that. They're all growing up so fast now!
