Very Tall
I've taken to updating my physical journal rather than this virtual one lately. It's a case of one or the other because I can rarely be bothered to repeat myself. However, the plan is to make this one a more public 'look what I'm up to' journal, so my other one can remain as introspective and broody as I like.
I've spent the weekend in Telford with some recording equipment, laying down a new song that me and a friend Brian both wrote together, called 'If I Could Be a Pigeon Fancier'. I'm going to stick it on a little CD-R along with some not too atrocious recordings from 3 years ago(!). This might be the birth of 'The Milk' - my atrociously named, ever-hibernating musical project which I do on the side of Los Zombinos - so mark this date in your diary with a thousand red crosses. The CD-Rs will be going out to people whose addresses I have in the next few weeks.
Also, the Los Zombinos Myspace should be going live in a matter of weeks. I think I said this a while ago but I've been waiting for the tracks to be mastered. This time its for real, so lucky boys and girls across the country will be able to hear how we sound in our present form. A link will be going up here too.
