Okay, since I am bored I have decided to make the idiots guide to all things fanfiction. Shut up, it kills time.

For my stories, I usually follow a pretty simple format"

Other Terms
-OC - Origional Characters. OMC is Origional Male Character, OFC is Origional Female.
-OOC - Out Of Character, when the author writes their people out of character really badly i'll include this warning
-MPREG - Male Pregnancy. People are strange, especially ficcers
-Mary Sue - Someone who basically wrote themselves into the story as a character, usually badlt done and just annoying. Male version of this is Gary-Stu. Also called ANC or Annoying New Character.
-Non-Con - Non consensual sex, basically a rape warning worded nicely.
-Yaoi or slash - Male/Male relationship
-Yuri or femslash - Female/Female relationship
-Shota or Chan - Um, underage or kiddi relationships. This really disturbs me so you'll never see it here.
-BDSM - Bondage, again, disturbes me and unlikely to be found here.
Het - Straight relationship. Yes there are actually warnings for this, especially considering how the majority of fangirls go for slash.
Canon - This is the origional work done by the authors. Ex: The Harry Potter books are Canon, everything else written in fandom.
AU - Alternate Universe, the story either veers off alot from the canon or is in a completely new world.
Beta - The beta reader is the person who goes over all the work before it's published.
CO - Crossovers. When the story is written with characters from more than one series.
Plot Bunnied - Random idead that you just have to write into a story, so named because they tend to multiply like rabbits.
RL - Real Life, not much use in fandom.
RPS - Real Person Slash, writing slash between actors or artists.
WIP - Work in Progress, fairly self explainitory.
