Ohhh it is supposed to be so hot tomorrow and the next few days. All summer I've been claiming that I love the heat and I can't wait 'til it REALLY gets hot, so now we'll all get to see how much of that was just talk. I'm guessing almost all of it. I usually stop my preaching against A/C about three days into 90-degree weather.
We'll also see how much fun camp is in the heat. I always start freaking out about kids getting heat stroke and/or dehydrated so I turn into one of those people at races handing out cups of water to every kid that runs past me. I also chase them down with water bottles and encourage even the neighborhood kids to go into the kitchen and drink as much water as they possibly can.
Topic change. I'm going to be honest with you all here - I've started getting so excited to read the New York Times Magazine on Sundays that Saturday night feels like another Christmas eve. I'm not even saying that to prove that I'm some ultra-intellectual, rather to demonstrate that I'm just extremely nerdy. I just can't get enough of the ethical questions guy. Yes, the Tribune has its own magazine which I also enjoy, but there's something about the NYT mag that I love.
Frankly I just love the Sunday paper, in general.
