I've never played WoW or D&D, so I'm not familiar with the creatures. But, wow, your little guys are so cute! Did you sew down the felt on the faces, or is it being held in place only by the eyes and nose?

Little bit of both, depending. Most of the time I use the eyes/nose to pin in down the felt. Some times I help it along with some good fabric glue, especially for parts I'm worried they will wiggle around too much and wear down.
