It's a new month and time for a new ami-along theme
The theme for February is VALENTINES and/or SPRINGTIME FLORA & FAUNA.
No, your eyes don't deceive you - we don't have an ami-along calendar posted for 2012 - we're just impetuously putting up themes as we think of them. So if you'd like to suggest a theme for future months, please do so! :o)
For the VALENTINES theme:
You can make a heart (or hearts) lots of wonderful patterns for hearts. Or show us what you made for your special someone (even if that someone is yourself). :o) Or anything that you can think of that might relate to Valentine's Day or Love. For example: a beautiful amigurumi rose would be fabulous!
For the SPRINGTIME FLORA & FAUNA theme:
Okay, I have an ulterior motive here - I'm thinking about Easter gifts. ;o)
Bunnies and chicks and lambies and all sorts of CUTENESS! And flowers and plants and anything springlike!
Wheee! I love spring!
It's pretty much springlike here in Southern California already - I know that many places are still in the throes of winter weather, so I'm sure you'd enjoy thinking about lovely spring days with green grass (oh! for the knitters, mochimochiland has a grass pattern! ha ha) and trees and picnics and fun times after a confining winter time.
