Do not be shy, I know it may be hard, so I'll bite the bullet and be the first one.
So, let's see what
I DID manage to finish this year. Warning: some pics may be blurry or there may be details missing (eyes or mouths), as I was in a hurry and documenting the finished product was not always a possibility.
I got myself a crochet reindeer, complete with a Santa Sackboy and two doggy helpers:
And to make it a challenge, I made the reindeer a ladyfriend (I admit, I was bored that night)
Then, there is this friend of mine who'd been craving a chibi businessman, so I made one.
Another one was obsessed with Hetalia's Poland. So she got one, too - albeit the face made me cringe (too many sewn details!!!! and I still feel it is too serene for the character)
Speaking about anime, we decided that a
Mokona was necessary in this list, too:
I made a Royal Guard for an English teacher friend of mine (so it can be used as a realia, too)
There was this cute little dachshund in a Chtistmas cloak for a dog lover friend of mine.
And here's a horse pawing the ground nervously as he's supposed to be in the mail already. (his flight partners are not ready yet)
That's all nice and dandy, but there are still a few more UFOs sitting around my desk, waiting to be completed (they're suffering because I don't like sewing on minute details). I shall post these as they get ready. Hopefully before May. :D
ETA: Added a link to the
Mokona pattern, for those who are curious.
