November ami-along themes are HOLIDAY THEMES and/or KIDDY LIT & FAIRY TALES

The ami-along themes for November are
HOLIDAY THEMES and/or
    KIDDY LIT & FAIRY TALES

I thought it'd be handy to have the holiday themes in November instead of December this year so you can get your Thanksgiving crafting done and get a head start on Christmas/Channukah/Kwanzaa etc.  :o)

The following links and info are about Holiday Themes - I will attempt one with some Kiddy Lit & Fairy Tales links another day, if I can.  But in the meantime, here's Snuffykin's Kiddy Lit & Fairy Tales post from 2009 with links to her delicious.com pages where she has SCADS of links!  :o)

(no pattern for this adorable guy made by evereeve, but any octopus pattern will do, adding a top from a pumpkin pattern)

HOLIDAY THEMES

I collected a huge bunch of pattern links last year for fall and winter holiday crocheting and knitting... the links to those posts are below.  If you know of any pattern links to add, we'd love you to add them in your comments, or post an entry about your finds!  :o)  We especially can use ideas for Kwanzaa, Channukah and any other holidays in addition to Christmas and Thanksgiving (I've looked and, sadly, can't find any patterns for these, other than a dreidel or two):

Hope you all had a super spooky Halloween and we'll be looking forward to seeing any crafty monsters you've made, plus all of your other amigurumi cuties!  :o)
