Fox and Two Dogs
I just made some new little creations that I'm pretty pleased with. Well, I am pleased with two of the three! I hand painted the eyes a while ago, but hadn't made anything big enough to use eyes that big. At the time I painted those big eyes (15mm I think), I was making things out of sock yarn! Definitely too big for a sock yarn ami. But now I finally get to use them!
I made the collar out of Fimo polymer clay. I really love making my animals little accessories out of Fimo. Sometimes it feels like I haven't grown up yet. I've always loved toys and stuffed animals, and even now, I am constantly making toys or making clothes or accessories for them. LOL.
I made this droopy eyed guy (hand painted eyes) and he looked kind of dopey, so then I added the tongue because he looked funny anyway. He still looks weird, but at least he has character now! ;)
My husband built me a light box!! I made a little backdrop from a desktop screen saver (completely removable and changeable) and put down some green fuzzy fabric for "grass." I love it!
