Fish success
Hello again! Thank you for the wonderfully kind comments on the photos of my first amigurumi projects yesterday, I'm so flattered!
I finally conquered the fish pattern from "Tiny Yarn Animals" that was giving me so much trouble:
I couldn't do the eyes the way the book suggested but I think the ones I went with look okay. I'm quite proud of all his little fins. :)
I made him with 8 ply yarn and a 3.5mm hook. He's about 5 inches from his face to the tip of his tail.
Phew! Now that I've passed that hurdle I can finally try a new pattern! I was working on the fish for so long I feel like I almost memorised it. :P I look forward to a fresh challenge. :)
