Yay! He's done!

I've finally finished wildstitches's bendy, twisty dragon!

After much struggle and torture, enter the dragon!

This was not an easy pattern, and the left handed parts felt weird at first, but by the end, I was getting pretty good at it. Yay for patterns which push your limits, eh?

Anyway, I was very happy with the finished product:

Oh, hello there! (He does have two eyes, despite how it might look in this picture...)

Also, please take no notice of my Christmas penguin bedsheets. I like penguins and it should be Christmas all year, so I randomly break them out to get that feeling.

Another thing: my bends look nothing like wildstitches's, and I can't quite figure out why. However, he looks sufficiently dragon-y the way he is, so I'm not going to fight it.

Anyway, the dragon has no name yet, though. He's going to go on my work desk to remind me that when things get tough, when it seems that I can't do anything right, when I hate having to learn something new, I can always start rampaging, spewing fire and burn stuff. Or some other positive message like that.
