SOLDIER. Someone slightly before Elena's time at ShinRa. He's easy to talk to, and as such, Elena has a habit of telling him more than she probably should.

Not much here yet. Reno suggested that he might make a good Turk in his goodbye letter. Elena still plans on following up.
Cloud Strife
Ex-SOLDIER. Elena was formerly on opposite sides of him and as such she still hasn't completely forgiven him for messing up Tseng. But bad blood makes for interesting Arena matches, so she's trying to pull him in.
Haruka Doumeki
Taught her how to play mahjong. Reminded her of Tseng.
Itachi Uchiha
Strongest fighter that Elena manages. She's impressed by him, but a little mystified at how polite he is around her. He also lets her keep more money from his fights than the others.
Kiyomasa "Crow" Senji
Flashiest fighter that Elena manages. He fired her briefly after a perfectly good plan didn't meet with his approval. She enjoys watching him.
Mail "Matt" Jeevas
Housemate. One of the very few people she would call a friend and the only non-Turk to have that title. Though his lack of motivation sort of...baffles her. She is still waiting to see that robot.
Makoto Kubota
Someone who was going to manage her Mahjong club. What might've been~
Maurice "Bosco" Boscorelli
A cop who offered to pay her to be an informant. Naturally, she accepted.
Mihael "Mello" Keehl
Elena's ATM. Charges her an interest rate that borders on cruel. In spite of that (or maybe because of), he's become something of a role model to Elena.
Oruha
A nice woman. Elena liked her and anticipated managing her singing career someday.
Priscilla
Crow's girl. Someone that Elena would actually like if she ever stopped trying to pull her in on her schemes.
Reno
Fellow Turk. And probably her best friend. Losing him hurt her more than anyone will ever know.
Rude
Fellow Turk. Here and then gone.
Sasori
A new acquaintance and potential business partner. He confuses her with some of the things that he says, but she's too curious to not continue.
Seto Kaiba
Someone who thinks he knows more about business than her (and he probably does). She hates him. GDIAF.
Valeria
Fellow Turk, though from a time slightly before Elena's. Knew her sister. Elena felt awkward around her at first, but she once got her out of trouble with Reno. Things have been much better since then, but Elena will flip her shit when she finds out who she's living with.
Zack Fair
SOLDIER and Elena's hero from time to time. He's always nice to her and she likes him more than she thought she would.
