Last weekend was the Wooster Family weekend. Mom and Dad arrived, and it was good to see them again. They treated to several restaurants, and we did some shopping. Mom also took some photos of my room. It's changed quite a bit since I moved in.
This is a picture of my western wall. The painting is from some friends who found it at Goodwill for $3. The mirror I picked up at Walmart for about $10.
This last week was pretty rough. I had a physics test on Wednesday, followed by a computer graphics test yesterday, and the physics GRE this morning. The physics GRE has been on the back of my mind for a long time, and I've been consistently studying for it on a daily basis for several weeks.
To get to the exam, I woke up around 6:30 this morning, and carpooled with some other physics majors to a local university. Surprisingly, there were only a dozen or so people taking the test. I was relieved to discover that the actual test was easier than the practice exam I had taken earlier. Overall, I thought I did pretty well, but I won't know for sure until December. Despite the fact the test is computer scored, they still wait three to six weeks before sending out the results.
