We finally got a scanner in my house!
So, here's my tattoo... It was originally "done" about 4 years ago, but I didn't have it DONE until after I moved out to Seattle. (The guy who had started it was an idiot, and I wouldn't have trusted him to do the tip shading without fucking it up, bad.) There was no shading, the eyes looked like ass, the nose wasn't filled in and overall, it just looked like shit. Fortunately, I got the money together to go in and get it done. Here's the end result, taken the day I got it done:
I plan on getting tribal all around it, which will hopefully cover up the scars. I was thinking of having a fade done, where it would kinda shade around the tattoo and then be solid black around my arm, but the guy I was talking to said that doing that would bring out the scars more than anything. So, I think a horizontal tribal design would rock. :D
