So I'm able to post this thanks to the owner of the wireless network known only as "linksys" (the other option, the one owned by "filipinalien", being a much more exclusive club apparently). It cuts in and out, but at least I won't be completely cut off before we can get our own thing installed

Sorry I couldn't come help out, but I was 100% useless to myself and to anyone who wanted anything from me at all on Friday. It sounds like you had enough people, though.
