Such a dirty liar...
I promised I'd be updating this thing all the time, but that seems to be a lie, but here goes getting back into the swing of it.
Truth be told, half the reason I haven't kept up with it is because I flashed the software on my phone and haven't had the chance to reinstall any of it until last night. I may only work 4 days a week but that averages 35-45 hours of pretty much no stop work. It's great and a I love it because I average around $20 an hour AFTER TAX. I've managed to get my savings up to $4k and I'm still saving like crazy. I'm trying to put enough away for the apartment incase I can't work enough or something happens with financial aid. Then once I put enough away for that, I'm going to be saving for a car. I'm not really sure what kind of car, I just don't want a piece of shit car.
My car insurance is down to $874 A YEAR. My cell phones up to $90. I make enough in a week to pay for both of those and my rent. And considering Gammy is mostlikely living in our apartment and paying what rents going to cost us, the month of July's money can simply go to paying off the next four months worth of rent and personal bills, paying utilities after Gammy leaves. I'm pretty excited about having my own place.
What I'm not to excited about is where I'm living now. I thought it would be awesome, but its just kinda blah. The humidity down here is gross and occassionally my bed is almost damp from the air down here. I'll go to bed dying from heat at night and wake up shivering. It'll be nice to live above ground after the first.
Work is going great though. I'm making really good money and getting recognized for it. They want to work me up through the company and depending on the salary it might be something I'm interested in. My goal is to finish school ASAP though, so we'll see where that plays in to the whole situation. I realized I mostlikely have enough extra credits to complete to be able to fulfill a buisness minor as well and I think I might persue that. I got Deans List this semester, and I can deffinetly continue to pull it off. And to all you naysayers out there, if I get promoted I will NOT leave school, so don't worry.
Anyways, I think maybe the shower is ALMOST free. It's great competeing with two girls and a guy over it. We're deffinetly making a schedule at my new place cause waking up at 9 to try and guess when the showers available SUCKS.
