Praise be to the power of Craigslist!!!
Within 20 minutes of posting all of my spare office furniture on Craigslist tonight I had a buyer for the whole lot of it! Negotiated to let it go for $20 less than full price and it will all be gone tomorrow!
I'm having one of my male neighbors come over while the folks come to pick it all up tomorrow because the computer desk is still up in my spare room and needs to be disassembled before their take it, so even though all the rest of the stuff is in the garage, they'll have to come in the house.
Now, if the Craigslist' magic can find me an excellent roommate I'll be set! Had one response last night, and emailed her back within a couple of hours, but no response today. Hopefully she's still interested and will get back to me tomorrow.
Seems like positive things are starting to align. Keeping my fingers crossed!
