Lovely evening tonight with some out of towners

I met up with G & C from San Diego for dinner and dessert tonight. They are CFers visiting Portland with an eye to moving here from San Diego. I answered a ton of questions on neighborhoods, etcetera, and they treated to dinner and gave me a ride home. I had a delicious pasta dish with sun-dried tomato, spinach, chicken, gorgonzola and a red sauce at Pastini Pastaria. Then it was on to Pix Patisserie where I had the Royale http://www.pixpatisserie.com/

It was amazing!

We had a great chat, and I pointed out landmarks all the way out Division and gave them directions to get back to their hotel. They'll be in town for a week and plan to meet other local CFers too.
