Safeway Latest Grocery Savings
My last trip to Safeway was another great one on saving money at the store. The original total of items purchased came to: $36.00 and I actually paid $25.49 for the three bags of groceries.
Breakdown of savings:
Club Card Savings: $9.96
Manufacturers Coupons: $0.55
Grand total: $10.51 saved! A total of 29% off!
This was not bad for a spur of the moment trip after seeing a movie. We got dinner fixings for that night, and a bunch of other snack/lunch stuff. It's especially good since we didn't have a list, and didn't have our coupon organizers with us.
