Trying to find tenants for my parent's rental

So far I've only received one email from the Craigslist posting of the duplex for rent. Of course I don't have the command #'s to be able to check my answering machine from work, so there could potentially be calls waiting for me to get home. I'm really hoping that this all gets done quickly, as I don't want to deal with a bunch of sending applications out, and answering questions about a property I've only seen once.

Wish me luck in finding a responsible CF or empty nester or someone like that to rent their place!
