Book Challenge Update
73. Invader: The Foreigner Series - C.J. Cherryh -422 pages. Good book, kind of got bogged down in the third person descriptions and intricate verbal traditions of this alien world. I'm looking for the rest of the books in the series to be more exciting. My library is missing two of the 8-9 books, so we shall see how much sense they make aside from the holes.
74. The Diary of Ellen Rimbauer: My Life at Rose Red - ed. Joyce Reardon, Ph.D. - This is supposed to be a personal diary of the woman who lived at Rose Red... it is actually written by Stephen King (or at least shows up on his bibliography. Really fast paced book. Very creepy and entertaining. It sets the state for the television miniseries "Stephen King's Rose Red" that was on a few years ago. There is also a fake university website affiliated with the book... http://www.beaumontuniversity.net. I would recommend this if you like Stephen King.
