Last day of freedom.

So today is my last day of freedom before classes start and I want to cry. I am sooo not looking forward to tomorrow at all. I have class in Providence from 9 to 1145 then in Kingston from 2 to 430. Then back home and probably reading my ass off. 25 books to read within 15 weeks on top of papers, tests and such...kill me.

So my last couple weeks of summer vacation have been awesome. Last Friday I made my first visit to Club Hell with Alex. We saw the Dear Hunter and other assorted terrible bands that blew my eardrums out for 4 days. I had fun because I was with Alex, but I was just so uncomfortable the entire concert. I disliked nearly every band. On the site it said only two bands were playing, but it ended up being 4.
The following day was the amazing Blink 182 & Weezer concert. I went with Laura, Emily & Emily's friend Sabrina. It was amazingly fun. The weather cleared thankfully it was raining earlier in the day. We got free jeans which I actually just washed and will have to try on again. They fit fine other then they are a bit too long. I guess I should have accepted the girls idea of getting short, but in the past when I have purchased short jeans they shrink to highwaters. Also got some free Tom DeLonge masks lol wayy creepy though. Merch was ridiculously expensive so I unfortunately did not purchase anything. Little Cesar humped Laura & I used the cleanest porta-potty ever...seriously I was the first person of the day to use it. The show had the shortest in between sets I have ever seen. A band called Chester French played first they were forgettable, then Taking Back Sunday who I only knew two songs of then amazzing Weezer I <3 Cornmo of whatever his name is and his trampoline jumping skills and fireman outfit. Blink was of course amazing so happy I was able to finally see them. Took a good amount of pics and videos, but my camera ran out of battery I forgot to charge it. I felt bad for the guys though because I guess a good friend of theirs Dj Am died from an overdose the day before. I know that he and Travis survived a plane crash together not all that long ago and that they were close. They had a moment of silence for him. Leaving the show was crazy though. Worse then Warped Tour. The lot we parked in was crazzyyy to get out of like hours. I am pretty sure the little convenice store everyone was going in sold out over everything lol.

Last Wednesday Alex and I went to purchase all our school books. I bought some from Amazon but many of them were going to be the same online as in the store so I just got them in the store so I did not have to deal with late shipping or anything. Left early to pick up Alex. First we went to the Providence campus and I bought all my Classics books there 8 total. Alex ate some subway in the mall and then we left for Kingston. I got the rest of my US Lit books & History of American Labor. Alex got all four of his costing $560 altogether. My 25 were right around $240. Met Laura for lunch at Iggys. It was delicious. A poor lady near us was pooped on by a seagull while eating...at least it didn't go in her chowderr. We stayed for a while and chatted. Laura showed us her Iclick lol its funny never heard of anything like it used in classes before.

Thursday I had to go for a breast ultrasound. I went for my annual checkup Monday and my doctor found a "nodule" on my right boob that she didn't like the feel of so I had to go for this ultrasound to get it checked out. My mom was of course going crazy over it. I ended up going to the Imaging Center at Kent County. They scared the shit out of me for at least 10mins and made me think there was acutally something wrong...I went in there thinking I was fine. The lady did the ultrasound which was weird to look at on the monitor a bunch of white and black lines. It took forever she kept doing the same spot over and over. She then informed me she was going to show the pics she took to the radiologist and would be right back. She came back in and goess uhh I acutally need to get the doctor now and that made me wtf. The doctor came in all stern & serious asking a bunch of questions like.."How long have you felt this?" "Does it feel sore." so on and so on which really  started to freak me out. Then he felt and did the ultrasound and goes "Ohh you are fine you just have tense breast glands." Which I then started cracking up..it just sounds ridiculous.

This past friday I slept over Alex's house. Saturday we visited a couple banks. Went to Walmart to purchase some school supplies and a fishing rod and hooks. We decided we wanted to give fishing a try. Stopped by Toys to get some boxes for Alex's move the next day & then went to Chilis for lunch. We created our own peppers and made a couple donations. Then headed to my house to pick up some chairs for fishing. We ended up going to Lake Tiogue in Coventry. Our fishing went terrible next time I think we need live bait and weights because we couldn't cast it far in the water at all. It was just really relaxing and the weather was great. I sat and read most of the time while Alex attempted to catch a fish. Went back to my house afterwards and watched Carnivale. It is a pretty good show, but sometimes it is a bit slow and bland.

Yesterday I went to King Richard's Faire with my mom and sister. It was interesting and fun. Many people get really dressed up and into it more than I thought. We watched a bunch of shows. The Flying Freak Show & Bite Me the Vampire musical were my favs. The Flying Freak Show guy was unbelievably hilarious it is really unexplainable you have to see it. We also saw a magic show, knife throwing, some exotic tigers and lions, the Tortuga Twins retelling Little Red Riding Hood and jousting/horse riding skill games. Our guy Sir James lost unfortunately...he did come in 2nd place though in the end. Got some awesome pictures with a gargoyle & a funky tall wizard. It was fun and interesting. Came home and went over Rabia's afterwards. Rabia, Tj and I went to Steve's house and hung around there for awhile. Went on a drive to Providence. Ate some pizza. Why are all these loser, ghetto, troublemaking kids always on Thayer St lately. They were liting shit on fire and throwing huge balls across the street nearly hitting cars..they were there last time to starting fights..but as soon as the cops came the little bitches all casually got in there cars and left without a word..god they irritate me. I wish the cop bitched them out or something but he didnt even have to say a word. Slept over Rabia's...I fell asleep during a Haunting In Connecticut unfortunately. I wasn't even sleepy when we started watching it and I did want to see that movie. I had been up since 730 though and we didn't start watching it until 3am so that could be whyy.

Hopefully tonight I get to switch to Verizong and get a new phone. I also need to do a few things I have been saying I would do all summer, but never did. There just isn't even time in each day.
