I need to shower.
This past week has been swell. Friday night I went out with Laura. We went to Dave and Busters & had tons of fun. I found out I am truly terrible at games, usually when I go with Alex we get a bunch of tickets in the end and I guess its all on him lol. I got like 200 tickets at the end of the night & Laura had like 2000. I got some delicious strawberry banana ring pops though so it was well worth it. It was really packed there. We played Guitar Hero and the guitars weigh like 8 more pounds then the ones I have here so it was weird to play and hard to hear in general. Laura mastered the hoop a loop lol thats what I'm calling it, but I do not even know if its really the correct name.
Saturday I got up early and got ready. Stayed outside for the entire morning reading Fairy Tales by Hans Christian Andersen. I love his cute, moralizing stories. Alex came over later on. He went to Foxwoods and stayed overnight with Dan and Laurence to celebrate Laurence's 21st bday. We ended up going to Wrentham and walking around. Alex finally got a new swimsuit which was half off at Pacsun. I have been trying to get him to get a new one for over a year lol, what he has been wearing isn't even really a swimsuit & I really want to go to Block Island very soon..maybe this weekend if its nice so he definitely needed it. We didn't stay too long, but it was fun. Came back to my house and went for a swim because it was really hott out. Watched Coraline which was really cute, ate dinner here & then went to his house for a sleepover. I had to work on Sunday, but before I went in we ate lunch at Chelos, had not been there in awhile and we were the first customers of the day lol.
Yesterday I hung out with Rabiaa. We went to eat at Sakura. Had a salad and some bbq beef & ate them entirely with chopsticks which I still suck at using. Finally got to see Rafays apartment. It is pretty nice. Went to Providence Place with Jim. Josh & James. I found $20 on the ground which was awesome. Have not found random money in a long time. Went back to Rafays & Rabia and I went to the hookah bar so she could get her check. I finally found an alcoholic beverage I actually enjoyed and drank really quickly...vanilla vodka & coke..tastes just like vanilla coke which is why I liked it so much couldn't really taste the alcohol and she did put quite a bit in it. Rabia had Windex lol it honestly did look like it, but it was extremely strong. We found the most amazing drink names in a drink dicitionary we looked through. It was really really busy in there for a Monday night so Rabia made tin foil pieces for the hookahs while we had our drinks. Then went to Starbucks and Josh met us for pizza at Nice Slice & then back to Rabias house to meet Kara. She is really cool and am glad I finally got to meet her. I left around 130 in the morning. Wanted to watch Miss March, but felt as though I should get some sleep since I went to visit my grandma today before work. She didn't end up getting surgery to get the stone removed I guess it passed on its own which is good. Stayed over her house for a couple hours and talked with her. I love my grandma she is one of the most amazing people I know and I hope I am as strong as she is as I get older. She is just so sensible and I honestly feel we think a lot alike. I definitely want to start visiting her more often again. Love you grandma! <3
Finally going to the beach tomorrow with Laura & Lindsay! Probably will be my first out of two trips..the other being the beaches on Block Island. Should be a lot of fun! Gotta get up early and pack everything.
