Bit of random blathering

Well classes have mostly been taking up my time with the studying and all. The Anatomy and Physiology comes with lots of lab work and required home study for any chance of success. My class dwindles in size nearly every week, we lost three more from lab on Tuesday, a blatant reminder of what will happen if I loose my desire to be the best. All I can say is thank goodness for study groups. We've been powering through the material on our own twice a week for the entire term, and we've been rewarded with the top scores. Whew!

Seeing as Thursday is the last day I attend class during the week I've newly dubbed my weekender as, Housewife Friday. During this day, I cook K breakfast before he heads to work, wash and fold laundry, vacuum, etc... all those things you would normally expect out of a 1950's stay-at-home. (except dishes). I find it oddly cathartic in relation to the intensity of my normal week. Plus I have the whole day to fiddle in the kitchen and run errands for myself.

I feel obligated to post some sort of workout post seeing as everyone has been hitting the gym with frequency of late. I have some sad, sad honest news.....

Hello my name is Welko and I haven't been to the gym in 4 weeks.

That's right, I've been sitting on my butt. Eating. Not indulging my need for exercise and having trouble motivating myself back into my normal workout schedule. Let me tell you that it is amazing how quickly you can loose muscle with this behavior b/c damn I'm not happy with myself right now. I'm an rockstar right now academically and that kid that can't run the mile physically. ;_;
