White Pizza Dip

This recipie is so easy to work with, very filling and totally tasty. I covers several of my favorite contingencies. It fills your guests, goes well with ANY kind of booze, is adaptable to anyone's tastes and wants and covers the "Looks like you spent time and you didn't at all." It's also really cheap.

And trust me the icon is APPROPRIATE.

- 1 (1 ounce) package herb and garlic soup mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon (optional)
- 1/2 cup quartered pepperoni (optional)
- 1/2 cup of green olives, black olives, green peppers, red peppers, mushrooms, provalone cheese, crumbled ground beef, pineapple or other favorite pizza topping.
- 16 ounces French bread, sliced OR sliced mini pitas OR tortilla chips

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, and 3/4 cup mozzarella. Transfer mixture to a 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of the mixture.

- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), uncovered, for 30 minutes. Serve hot with bread.
