To-die-for chocolate truffles

(Dark chocolate with hazelnut-orange filling)

Most of the instructions are here, but make the following modifications to the filling:

Instead of coconut, add to the powdered-sugar mixture about 3/4 cup finely ground hazelnuts (lightly toasted and skinned to the best of your ability) and about 1 tsp. fresh orange zest. Add a little extra liquid if necessary so the filling is firm and moldable but not dry. Let it sit a few minutes before using to let the flavors blend, then taste for balance. The orange should be subtle so it doesn't overpower the hazelnut.
