Day 7 of Drama...
Our drama exam is on the 19th Nov 2010, so Ms Smith decided to prepare us by giving us notes that will aid us in our dress rehearsals. She went through all of it, and taught us the correct way to write a script, how we can improve on a character and review the techniques we learn in class. She also gave us back the scripts we wrote during the mid-term holidays. There were a few good ones, so they had the opportunity to direct their own skits.
We were given a lot of time to prepare our mini performance, so we took the time to rehearse it till as real as possible. We did it for about 5 times , and always making sure that there was self-improvement till the director was satisfied with us. We tried not to look at the scripts so that the performance was smoother and more convincing. I was in Ariel's group, and I actually found her script very interesting.
My team for the drama exam is James, Ariel and Lv. So we will be having our first meeting on Tuesday, 26 Oct 2010, and will brainstorm ideas that might be interesting for the audience. Really hope that this will work out! =))
