Kimono My House
I saw a badass video of Adam Hughes drawing a pic of Zatanna at a convention and it amazed me how much a simple little grey marker added to the drawing. I thought "hey, that's neat! I wanna try it!" So I bought one and drew something so that I could try it out. No, I'm not trying to draw like Adam Hughes, it's just something I thought was really neat and wanted to know if it's something I could apply to my own style.
I'll tell you right now I can't ink. To say I suck at inking would be an understatement. I can't ink a steady line to save my life. The pencils looked much nicer than the inked version (which you can see under the cut below.) But I was dying to try out the marker so I drew this and inked it just so that I could slap some grey marker on it. Yes, I got overzealous but it's the first time I've done something like this.
Oh and btw, the inked pic looks MUCH MUCH better in person. My scanner sucks and did a horrid job with it.
