Ten Thousand Fists
I have a couple more pics I'm working on that I have to add some finishing touches to, but this one I'm more or less done with as far as pencil work goes. I'll probably try to ink it in Photoshop which is going to be a pain since all I have is Elements 3 which came with my Wacom. I'm going to try to get CS2 sometime before this summer, and Painter. Can't afford it right now unfortunately. Anyways, here's the pic:
I had two goals with this one. The first I failed on, I wanted it to come out a lot more stylized than it did, but I it's not a bad thing that it didn't. Not a goal that I mind screwing up as I like how the piece turned out. The second was working on my ability to interpret the likeness of a person. I'm undecided on how well I did or didn't do with that one. Probably about 50/50 with it in my opinion. I'm getting better, just not quite there yet.
