Washers, winter, and taxes

Looking at the calendar, it's been about 4 months since I've been in LJ-land.

Taking inspiration from yanagi_sen, this cold spell should be called the "Polar Cannonball". Burt Reynolds could star in the "POLAR CANNONBALL RUN", a cross-country wintry trek on sleds, snowmobiles, and whatnot.

Washing machine has been giving me fits. I don't want to stand there and hold the damn thing to keep it from thudding on the floor. (One of the footers is missing.) Repairman came this morning and fixed the problem.

Tax season is down this year. I guess more people are doing it themselves online. Our 80-year-old office manager definitely needs to retire. She doesn't know the new software HRB switched to this year.

Just some brief thoughts on anime.
CROSS ANGE - If someone made Gundam Seed with Cagalli as the main character. Lots of yuri and fan service though.
SHIRO BAKO - Underrated show about the young staff at an anime studio.
ASSASSINATION CLASSROOM - I hated the manga and I dropped the anime after the second episode. Jun Fukuyama is a smiley-faced alien whom the students are trying to kill.
DEATH PARADE - 2 dead people go into a bar and play games like darts, bowling, and Twister.
