Re-connected. YAY!
Got the robocall from Best Buy telling me that I can pick it my laptop. It turned out Geek squad had to wipe the HD and reinstall Windows. At least, they backed up ITunes for me. (It was a hassle recreating the song library last time.)
Since Llama is arriving on the 30th, we'll play around with installing e-mail and Office. In the meantime, I'll use the Brighthouse page to access e-mail.
Anyway, e_sama will be here at month's end and stay for almost a week.
