I'm stumped for a description for this outfit I'm having Meryl and Milly wear in the story. Basically, the insurance girls are being sent out in the guise of rushuna from Grenadier. Here is Rushuna's outfit.
What would you call the white shirt/ vest or is it also part of the skirt?
