Good News Festival and other things!
I've been having a busy time these past two weeks! Classes are now out for the summer, and exams are almost done, so the jr and sr high kids have cleaned out their lockers and finished their exams. Summer cleanup has begun.
Last weekend was the clean-up of Center St Church and we did a LOT!! I was helping repot plants and swept the large tile floor, washed the table legs in the coffee area. Chris washed a ton of windows.
Today was the Good News Festival at the Thorncliffe-Greenview Community Association and it was a blast. I had signed up for the set up and tear down of the event plus the children's area.
Basically, all day long I was in charge of the Christian DDR machine, and it was awesome! It was a lot of fun and the kids had a great time! Facepainting, games, and crafts were awesome.
Still have a busy two week period coming up as Chris' aunt and cousin are coming to stay for a week during Stampede, which is this coming week, and the week after that are my holidays. Chris and I are going to Ontario! :D :D
