(no subject)
WoW! It has been freakin forever since I posted at livejournal (or really anywhere for that matter) time to start again. I guess I'll start out by saying I just had the best weekend ever! I went to anime vegas and just got back yesterday. Nancy, Kayla and I went on Friday September 4, 2009 (Friday). The biggest reason we went was so we could see satsuki (cuuuuute!!) and Alsdead (Now my favorite band in the world!!!). It was awesome! I almost didn't wanna go cause Dea couldn't go but I decided to go anyway and not let it bother me :) Even tho a couple of weird things happened (I cried during my favorite alsdead song. Which is the best song in the world to me rite now!) and a lot of sucky things happened, which I don't really wanna get into but all in all it was fun and I would totally do it again and not change a thing.
So...anyway we got there friday at 5:30pm, I slept for an hour then we went to dinner at big mama's and papa's and I met a guy. Heehee ^O^ Okay I guess whatever happens in vegas stays in vegas so sorry :( I won't be going into detail but it was an emotional roller coaster but in a funny way. So anyway we went walking on the strip after we ate, watched a pirate show at treasure island, walked some more then went home to sleep (sooo tired) and nancy was drunk so didn't wanna stay out anymore. Then on Saturday (the biggest day of my life! like srsly)
We got up at 8am...well I got up at 8 everybody else got up at I believe 9am. We got ready, left the hotel at 11 and went to the convention to register. It was sooo funny, cause we were asking the crew where the line for registration was and he said it was over there (points) and he said "be careful of the line of doom" now imagine my semi-horror when he said that. "The line of doom?!" please please don't let it be worse than anime expo where they made us wait in the sun for 2 hours and then waited more inside for 2 more hours!!
So imagine my shock when I saw the "line of doom"...no bigger than the line at the girls bathroom at anime expo hahahahahahahahah!!!! We were making fun of the "line of doom" for hours!! we couldn't stop it was sooo funny! Oh and on a side note, when we got out of the car from the parking lot you could hear alsdead practicing, and it was f-99!!! KYAAAAAAAAAAAAA! It was awesomeness combined with awesomeness and cooked with even more awesomeness!!! I was sooo eager and couldn't wait.
*cough cough...so anyway we got our badges walked around a little then went to go wait in line for the "concert series" we didn't know it was gonna be other bands besides satsuki and alsdead. So while we were waiting inside the theatre a japanese (cute) guy was walking up and down the hall, me and nancy were like >_>
