The skaters had cooked up the idea just five days prior on a flight back from Tokyo's World Figure Skating Championships. "I think a lot of people had, like, a sexual feeling about it," Weir tells The Advocate, describing the audience's thrilled response. "It was two guys and a girl skating like a threesome, and it's just very revolutionary." The trio will perform the number in this summer's Champions on Ice tour; after that, says Weir, "we're thinking of the next program and what kind of of directions we can take this in."
