TCAF was this weekend. Met Jeph Jacques of Questionable Content ♥
Free Comic Book Day was Saturday. It was also Silver Snail's 35th anniversary (free poster, although not as good as the 30th anni. poster). Got a few free comics and 28 Days Later #19 and #21... but #20 and #22 had apparently sold out/were not with the back-issues. WTF, GUYS?! Will probably have to get #20 and #22 at FanExpo in August... I guess :(
Finally completed my collection of Hellsing by buying volume 2 at the free fan-appreciation comicon. Blazed through all 10 volumes in a few days. The ending wasn't as epic as I thought it'd be. Still a lot of questions left unanswered (see: Walter C. Dornez). Needs a spinoff tbh.
Federal election summarized: Looking forward to a Conservative-trifecta that may happen come Fall 2011. But not really. At all. (Apparently there's punctuation that's supposed to denote sarcasm, which would probably make the former statement more obviously sarcastic)
Fringe season finale summarized without spoilers: A bit of a mindfuck. Will probably have to rewatch it again. I hope season 4 doesn't become as ridiculous as LOST was towards the end. Come on, JJ Abrahms. Planning to marathon through Season 1 and 2 again (FYEAH! DVD SETS).
What's with the lack of concerts-that-I'd-be-interested-in-attending in July/August?
What else has happened since March? Another two months of Paid timez, so thanks kind stranger #2! I'll try to write more often in appreciation of your patronage... probably in the form of another "wtf am I listening to right now" post.
