So, I talked to professor Ryder today about possibly becoming a PLA for genetics next year. Seems like a pretty cool opportunity, especially since I want to be a geneticist when I grow up... and I kind of miss teaching (for those who don't know me well, I taught both ballet and religion while I was in HS). It'll look awesome on a resume... and I just think it'll be really cool :-D. Prof. Ryder said that I need to have good grades in the class, and she seemed to recognize me from the number of times that I've answered questions and the like in class...
We'll see how that pans out ;-)
And in other news, I started a new blanket. Bought the yarn and stuff yesterday... sorry for dragging you chris :-[. It's blue, and a pretty awesome pattern - but the wool's a little thin, and the blanket looks pretty light. It'll probably end up being a pretty light-weight, spring-type blanket. Hope it comes out nice :-D.
