Today is day 2 of my new work plan. And today was the second day that I studied for 5 hours.
I found out that it is so much easier for me to actually study when i have an alarm to go off at a certain time. It's weird. Just knowing that my phone will beep in one hour makes me ACTUALLY study for a full hour. Today I tried if I could even do it for two hours. And i did!! When i go to the toilet or make myself lunch i put the countdown on pause. So even those things are not included in my study time!
Yesterday I woke up when Henrik left for work about 6.45 am. And today i woke up about an hour later. And besides my coughing that woke me up twice last night i slept quite well, actually. Now i "just" gotta keep up with this until I feel comfortable about it. I am very determined to make it a habit of mine to get up at 7-8 am on week days.
But I fear that I might break my neck with this new schedule because it is so much more activity every day than i have experienced in months and months. I just hope my body will adapt to it and be just fine with the higher activity level.
