I decided to make February my fitness-February. This means that I will do better than before to keep up with eating well, drinking enough water daily and getting exercise at least five days of the week.

Yesterday my dinner was chicken- meat balls with boiled brocolli, carrots and cauliflower.
Tonight I will make the filling I usually put in pita bread but I won't make pita breads since I ALWAYS gain at least 1 kg when I eat them. Even if I only eat one. It's the same with most bread that is common for dinners, including pizza and mini baguettes. But the filling is nice. I'll make salad, boil eggs and add ham. Perhaps i'll add carrots to the salad. I'll mix it all in a bowl and eat it.

I have been drinking at least 2 liters of water per day most days for a while but this past week were not so good. I will get back on track with the water because of my skin. I know they say that you lose more weight when you are well hydrated but since I notice a difference on the skin so much that is why I will continue with it.
I have basically NO pimples and get almost no black heads anymore. In two days my period will start and my skin is STILL not awful at all. Also, since I started drinking all that water, I have amost no dandruff anymore. This goes for both the scalp AND the eye brows.
So I don't need to add any lotions, special shampoos or anything to my skin. I just need to drink water. I think this is healthier for my body as well as cheaper for my wallet. :)

I was at the gym today and had a very decent workout eventhough it's the first time in a little over a week I went there and.... usually my joints are fucked up up to and during my period. But not this time, it seems. Sure, it was hard to do the treadmill walking and I only did most of my usual muscle machines. I think this is a nice start on a new GOOD time with working out regularly.

If the weather is ok tomorrow I think I will drive to the uni on my bike instead of taking the bus. Then I also don't have to go to the gym because I had to make tomorrow's workout cardio only and I can get to the uni on bike and back in one hour which is better than the 30-45 minutes of workout I'd do at the gym.

So this month is fitness-February. :)
