Today I did a pretty badass workout at the gym. :D
I walked to the gym which meant that my ankles were already warm when I started on the treadmill which again meant that I could walk faster with no soreness in the ankles nor knees. So i walked half the time on the treadmill at 6km/hour instead of 5.5-5.7. In fact it was such a great cardio that I was feeling very nauseaus by the end of the 30 minute-walk. It's the first time I have felt nauseaus during a workout. Totally felt like I belong in the "biggest loser"-gym. Lol.
And then I did some muscle exercise. Tried hard to make it as perfect as possible with keeping a steady speed of moving the handles/handles and so on.
Then I walked home from the gym.
I also found out that every day until Christmas they have an advent calendar present. And the more you come to the gym the bigger chance you have that your name is picked from the bowl and then you get the present of the day :D So I just GOTTA go to the gym AT LEAST 5 days per week. I do not do social exercises like spinning, yoga or aerobics so I do not get an extra ticket in the bowl for them. I will only get 1 ticket per day since I "only" go there once per day. I wonder what kind of presents there are. If it is just equipment for the gym or protein shakes or also healthy stuff like tea and gift certificates to wellness. I should ask tomorrow. :)
