A pesach question

Are noodles made from potato starch (like harusame) or sweet potato starch (like dangmyeon) or arrowroot or tapioca or suchlike conventionally-acceptable starches pesadik? I assume bean-threads have the same answer as all of these, except modified to reflect whatever kitniyot ruling one follows with respect to legumes. Also, what about konnyaku/shirataki?
