2) Neither she nor I knows who made them, they're not all from livejournal.
3) Insanejournal, Deadjournal, and probably Greatestjournal when it was still around.
4) Take whatever you want, don't need to credit if you don't know who it is.
5) If you made one of these mention in comments for whoever may be grabbing them to credit.
6) If you wanna credit without knowing who made them, "weirdfolks' icon dump" is cool by me.
