I've been working from home. I had a COVID scare, just got my results which were negative, luckily. I have a slight cough still, so waiting for that to disappear before I resume what I normally do. Loading up on vitamins and tea, plus vitamin C. School... gahhh, it's a love/hate thing. I have 2 papers due this week, luckily a 2 page minimum for each one so it's all good.

You know, not a lot has happened since my last post. I keep buying stuff for my place, my wallet is sad. I keep telling myself to cap my weekly spending and to buy stuff in increments. It is hard because I am constantly thinking of things I need or would look good. Last purchase was these super cute wicker containers, a set of 3 to be exact... and also twine string and 100 Kraft paper gift tags that I just had to have, I got the idea to use my mason jars and label them with the contents inside, oh yeah very chic.

Finally replaced my dressers with these affordable ones that are made of fabric.. I had my previous ones since I was like... 5! Soooo yeah it was time for an upgrade.

Waiting for my new desk to arrive, according to the description it requires no assembly, which is good because I am tired of building stuff. Now, all I need is to buy a vanity desk to do my makeup, I found one which isn't too expensive.. around 190. Hopefully it stays in stock by the time I have enough to afford it.



I'm disappointed in myself, I have been eating like crap again. I have such weak inner strength. I did blood work last week, aside from my LDL (bad cholesterol). being at 122mg which is not exactly high, but it has to be under 99mg to be considered normal, everything else was good. I need to work on keeping my cholesterol at low levels. I know I need to stop eating junk, I think that made my resolve a lot stronger. Today was good however, had a protein shake, iced coffee, and a big salad with baby carrots hummus. I have started to zone in on my fats, making sure I keep my sat fats low, and if anything focus on mono blah blah fats (I forget the technical name) because they're better for me. I'm now avoiding red meat, which isn't a big issue since I always prefer chicken anyway.

Not much else going on, going to work out now.
