OPENING Night
HOLY SHIT, HOLY SHIT.... this opening night when so good. I can't believe it.. i made all my costum changes and was in every scene i needed to be in. And oh my god... i had no idea that we could do the show this well. Here are my notes to some people:
- To the sailors great job with making each one of you a seperate character, i have seen i other schools shows that when you have a group of characters with the same job have the exact same reaction. even though you were sailors together, individually you were a tourist, or a hero, or a big tuff guy, you were never the same thing together except you were in love, but even then you showed how you would love that person. GOOD JOB, no one could have done it the way you did.
- to the people like krista, emily, jen, ben, brigitta, and elise you all have made unbelieveable strides from when we started this show and you first shook hands with your character to when you helped them up during the time when maybe they felt like they couldn't do it to the night when you stood out on that stage and took a bow with your character hand in hand. you made the characters who they are. I cogratulate you in a epic story between you and your characters.
- Jess- i wish you could see your self out on that stage, you have so much talent and so much energy. you like many other people in this cast have the ability to go farther than pluto with your talents all you need to do is say i can do it. It doesn't matter what everyone else say you can or can't do as long as you see you can do it and try your hardest, you can and will do your best.
- to the guys chorus never have i seen so much chaos amoungst us. we really have gone threw hell because of trying to know what comes next or where is my stuff or all that other crap. we have do something that is very hard and we have passed with flying colors.
- to the girls chorus i have never seen so many girls that can sing together and dance together and look as good as you do. thank you for being here for the cast and for the show.
- to my seniors i will miss you so much because i have grown to know alittle bite more of you everytime we spoke to each other. I'm writing this a find myself falling back through all of the memories that we have from first seeing some of you in oliver to coming up to high school to even working with you in this show. I thank you for including me in your lives for these past three or more years.
here are my personal messages to some special people:
- Meghan you are the one person i have know the longest. I remember you back in SMI and in the beginning of high school. you really helped me a lot because with out you meggy i would probably never have started to write my monologues or to even try out for drama. you have also helped me because you were a big step into the group of people i am proud to call my friends today.
- Heather wow where did all the time go to? i remeber when we meet my freshmen year. I remember alot of the good times and some of the bad, and i remember when you were there for me when i felt like i had no one there for me. thank you.
- Manda hey! i remember you too. the cute little SMI girl with braces and glasses, now here she is boys here she is world here's Manda. you have bloomed into a beautiful girl, i know that you have guided me and taught me to let things go. I don't even want to imagine what i would be like with out you.
- all the lights crew friends that i have gained. wow we really have only known eachother a short time but this whole time i felt like i fit in thanks for giving me a place.
- Marc and Nani i have only known you two for a little longer than a year and a half. but i will miss eveything that we have do together. you both are beautiful people and anyone who gets to know is one of the luckiest people in the world.
