Long day...and the crappy LJ is crappy
Maybe I'll post about it tomorrow. Uh today? WHY am I now always up at 2am?? (This is what I get for being up now, crappy auto-formatting) When its a long/bad day fandom is my friend. Actually when isn't it? So free for all fandom thoughts on... one! two! First off caught a bit of Supernatural, and the best bit (apart from being Supernatural itself) PAUL MCGILLION! Who has stood this *holds up fingers a little apart* close to me, was on the Supernatural screen! And its one where Paris Hilton is killed or so I hear because even though it was Paul from Stargate:Atlantis in it I was planning on watching a different Stargate. SGU (Stargate Universe)!
The third ep which wraps up the very first story arc. Hee! The geeky vampire David turned so so mortal aware (eg really really doesn't want to die) Eli is adorable! Gun! He gets a gun! (This is where more icon space would be cool, I swapped out my Geek!with guns icon for some Christmasy icons. If anyone noticed? *g* I collected a few fandom Chrissie icons this year needed to get in the mood)
After that it was CSI: Miami. :) FINALLY the FINALE of season 7! So now I am up to the current airing season! YES!!! Because I recorded the latest crossover between ALL three csi's and can't watch it till I'm caught up on all three! *headdesk* Well I probably could without any major character spoilers but I don't want to risk it. Maybe. I am annoyed not only because of that but because it means that I can't watch the next CSI if it comes on because I was actually up to the Las Vegas ep which is the last in the 3crossover ep. *rolls eyes*
So now the Nine Network BETTER keep rolling out those CSI: NY and CSI: Miami unaired eps here. It looks like we get start of season 8 Miami next week. Yay! I would have felt even more apathetic towards the Eric situation if not. I LOVE Eric/Calliegh and Yelina/Horatio was my original partner for H. Gosh I wanted to hug Calleigh. POOR GAL!

I've been catching a bit of 30 Rock lately. Since I've been watching my show which end at 10:30. And its only half an hour. Its cute. Amusing at times. Doesn't seem to be overly trying to force people to laugh. Brings a neat smile to you. And the relationship between Tina Fey's character and her boss is so lovely. It has sexual tension but it doesn't. I wouldn't even want to ship them to ruin that image.
Oh, other thing. This was said by the producer/someone of Spicks and Specks and its so true it always slipped my mind. "The UK and USA are lucky viewers because they are still in ratings season right now. So they get Christmas episodes of their favourite shows." Spicks and Specks a Very Specky Christmas has become a little tradition (even if you watch it on a repeat). I wish we got more of the US/UK Christmas themed episodes of shows during Christmas season and not 6 months later or 15 months etc. I want the NCIS Christmas one. Doctor Who wasn't too bad this year but it wasn't rrrreally a Christmas one. :( *shakes fist* I know its coming though, you should just produce only Christmas eps they're usually the most fun! Don't know how this year's will go with last of Ten...

Another thing! Even though I'm glad new episodes of tv shows are still on when its not ratings season there hasn't been enough Christmas repeats to get sick of yet. AND I might miss the CSI's and everything next week and possibly the week after. Because on Boxing Day (day after Christmas, but this year the Boxing Day holiday is on the Monday, but Boxing Day itself is the Saturday) we'll be heading up to the relatives/family interstate in Sydney. And stay there for almost 2 weeks. So warning you, I'll disappear for then. Might pop in a glance over once or twice depending on how quickly the boredom comes and we end up just sitting around at their house. We'll see. So probably not answering any emails either for those that might want replies to them. I fail at sleep. 3am. That is all.
