Old news, news to me, and new brand spanking shiny new news for Doctor Who fans who haven't been around the internet for the last 48 hours. Allonsy!
I'm going through a lot of my TV related emails and deleting them, I stopped posting about television a bit and they piled up. But earlier in the year I was super dooper excited about some of these (and to be honest some of them still make me smile -even the ones that didn't amount to much). I may have squeed about some of these at the time but I'm not above getting excited again, so I'll put a few of them here.
Semi spoilers below the cut be aware.
~Jamey Sheridan being cast as McGee's father. They looked similar, and I loved Jamey from a couple of other shows he was on so it was all win-win for me. Link ~John Corbett cast in NCIS spin off. ♥ Link. ~Covert Affairs being renewed for season 5! I haven't seen any of season 4 yet, but as long as it keeps relatively similar I'm all for a fifth season. :) Link.
Ahh I only properly read this 'news' one today (it was first in amongst the q&a's -first link) and found a second link with even more fandomy things. Not quite news but fun facts for myself. Re: CSI NY.
[Spoiler (click to open)]~NCIS spinoff? Okay, keeps your hats on, the one I really wanted to happen with Corbett and other actors I like (Scott Grimes and Gillian Alexy) didn't end up pulling through. But this one is helmed by Gary Glasberg and Mark Harmon, so it does have a slightly higher chance -especially if its spinning off the original spinoff. Link. ~Details from the second link, New Orleans. Also, CSI: NY was originally going to be set in New Orleans and that is most likely why they chose to have Stella 'move' there. link.
Ahh. I'm actually surprised i found news I hadn't read inside those links. Way to get me excited tv world. If that spinoff doesn't happen I'm moving to New Orleans so I can see the sites for myself. Not really, I don't have the money to, lol.

Different topic. Those that haven't seen it, watch the lastest mini episode of Doctor Who now. Sorry if you're busy, but now. Unless you have a sharp implement in your hand-finish that job safely, but why on earth are you reading the blogs if you're doing that?
