TV talk.
So show cancellations and news.
Both ABC and NBC slashed a lot of shows. (Well more ABC right now..)
I felt odd looking at it, it seemed a lot more than last year/time. Though to be honest I cannot remember what got cancelled last year...
The last thing I remember being upset/knowing about is Ghost Whisperer -early this year? late last year? and Law & Order and The Bill, and Blue Murder. The latter two UK shows.
Which reminds me...
Taggart axed after 28 years!
"Long-running Scottish crime-drama Taggart has been axed by ITV in the UK after almost 28 years on the screen. However, the series may still live on if another channel picks up the production."
-I doubt it'll get picked up, and if it does I'mma rage for all I'm worth because Blue Murder needed to be picked up after ITV did the dirty work with it last year... :( But I'll miss Taggart, like The Bill both been in and out of my conciousness on/off for years... (I actually added this after all the American shows talk below, and now all that even though there's a lot more of them kind of seem inconsequential now that I think about no more Taggart, The Bill, and Blue Murder. Anyone would think I'm a 40-50 year old male British citizen... oh. Crap. I just gave the last 3 years game away..)

-Brothers & Sisters (I don't know how it lasted this long but now its lasted this long I feel sad that it doesn't get a last adbridged wrap up season! I watched almost the first season and jumped back in occasionally. Also, some of the acting is really good compared to some dramas.)
-V (I don't really care. But I wish it had had one more season so I could have a 'smaller' sci-fi show to watch. I only ever got past 2 or so episodes.)
-No Ordinary Family (Its just started airing here in Australia, -i've seen 2 eps- and its okay I wish sometimes we had more money/patience to try and help a show evolve. So much potential and with a cast that would have been nicer than Heroes...)
-Better With You (Never seen, hardly heard of. Have no opinion.)
-Detroit 1-8-7 (Brother and I are loving this. I knew going in -since it only started here about 3 weeks ago but with double episodes per night it airs- that it was in risk of cancellation because US' numbers were low. But now that we're 1/3 of the 18 episodes in... which is the same as Trauma people! On the same network! We're getting into it a lot bit and yes there's nothing overly wow about it but with the lack of Law & Order franchise out there now you'd think they could try for one more season??)
-Mr. Sunshine. (Saw the tennis episode it was average. Good points and bad. I think there's always going to be a half slap stick half drama show to try and put 'pilots' out again and again...)

-The Event (Kinda sad. But its kind of half-apathetic like my opinion for V. Though I've watched many more episodes of The Event (seven. haha) than V. I just wanted to see Ian Anthony Dale some more! After seeing him in guests on Trauma & CSI this was fun. Plus good/bad vibed alien? That is the eternal question!)
-Law & Order: LA (Yeah, they shouldn't have cancelled L&O original for this. I've yet to see it. And yet to make a decision but from what I hear its a paltry watery version of the original three. Waiting to see what they decide with Criminal Intent, especially what cast memebers want, because that is where it is reliant. Heavily.)
-Outsourced (No real opinion. Never watched.)

All I am interested in now, is my CSI's (all 3), and NCIS' (all 2), and by the way Nikita deciders? Would you mind hurrying up and tell me (if no one else) what you're going to do. So I can decide on whether to bother watching the next 2 episodes I've recorded and is sitting taking up space on the PlayStation... And yes I know I have 4+ eps of Miami to watch but whatever, that's nothing to do with your decision!
