I made a Ricotta Baked Cake (a different cheesecake I suppose) today because my friends cancelled our plans to meet today and to use up the condensed milk that brother had gotten last week for chocolate biscuit/cookies. I don't know why he bothered, I've never used condensed milk for cookies and I liked mine much better. Anyway, I thought I'd do a food post since my sex smut one seemed to get a response. And that is generally the basic animal needs/wants food & sex. Plus, internet. (Modern age) And since this is the internet and porn rules the search engine even more reason to believe that people are interested. Anyway, I'm adding the recipe too just in case you want to see if you can adjust the recipe and make it better than I did. Which should be easy because I really couldn't beat all of the egg whites properly... so it was a bit denser and not as cooked in the middle as it probably should have been. But a lot better than my last random recipe I tried!
