Before the memes I've only seen one person (other than another who lives in the state of the floods and might or might not be affected soon) talk about the Queensland floods here in Australia that are happening right now. I wish I could do something for the hundreds its affecting but if you feel you can please think about donating only this morning

Oh, I meant personally speaking rather than box office, lol, for me, Whale Rider was such an epic movie, I mean, it had me in TEARS, I was so emotionally invested in it, just WHOA.

That said, I am very surprised that it actually outperformed Whale Rider. Huh.

And agreed, the fact that it had a female lead was what won me over. ^_^ I wish Keisha Castle-Hughes was in more stuff.



And no, playing the Creator in Legend of the Seeker doesn't count. ('coz her role really annoyed me, tbh)

Yeah, two more books to come. Sandry and Briar's have come out, I think, leaving Daja and Tris'? I don't know, don't care, all I know is that Tris' is the last, in like, 2012. *pouts*
